Installation and Commissioning Services

DEE Ltd. provide a full design, installation and commissioning service for your Dynamox eco-system.

We will support with the design of your monitoring requirements, with the correct selection and fixing of the sensors and the optimum configuration of your Gateway(s) as required.

Our installation service, is also available to support with the best practice in installation, as well as a temporary installation method (using magnets), which can be very useful to allow for the relocation of sensors, during the commissioning period.

Commissioning or ‘normalisation’ of the data usually takes around four weeks, subject to the size and type of installation. During this period, extensive training on and support in the configuration of the DynaPredict applications is provided.

Once the normalisation period has been completed and the true vibration signatures for each asset established, the A1 and A2 alerts are configured providing fully automated alarms alert notification, with emails to named operators or maintenance individuals in your organisation.

Nominated individuals in both DEE and Dynamox are on hand to support you through the onboarding of your Dynamox solution.

Remote Monitoring Services

DEE Ltd. and Dynamox SA provide a fully scaled monitoring service, ranging from a weekday watching brief, to a full time 24/7/365 monitoring service.

DEE Ltd. can provide a weekday monitoring and advisory service, watching for specific or developing trends. For example, we offer monitoring and advisory services for “on condition” bearing greasing triggers and also abnormal telemetry monitoring.

If required, DEE Ltd. can also make periodic visits to your site to carry out integrity checks on your Dynamox installations.

Optionally, Dynamox SA provide full 24/7/365 monitoring support for your assets. The monitoring service includes the provision of periodic technical reports on all assets monitored by Dynamox.

Should Dynamox recognise a developing issue, they will make recommendations for remedial actions and if required can be commissioned to provide a detailed technical prognosis report.

Remote Prognosis Services

From time to time, you may require a deep dive into the data captured by the vibration and temperature sensors.

The Dynamox Technical Support Team include many experts with years of diagnostics and prognosis experience. Their collective expertise can help to interpret the data, providing a technical report that pin points the fault or potential fault.

Prognosis services can be contracted on a regular or ad-hoc basis as required.
